Anita Ekberg was born Kerstin Anita Marianne Ekberg on September 19, 1931. She is a Swedish actress who is best known for her role of the original “10” (The unabtainable perfect and beautiful woman ) in Federico Fellini’s classic film La Dolce Vita opposite Marcello Mastroianni. Though she spent much of her time in Hollywood during her movie days she has made Italy her home.
